Cordura is water proof and will puddle if rained on Ballistic Nylon Ballistic nylon is the second most durable fabric available. Similar to Cordura, but it is easier to clean; hair does not adhere to it, and it dries faster. Like Cordura it also puddles when rained on. Vinyl Weave Vinyl weave is a porous, easy to clean, quick drying fabric. It is the least durable fabric available so replacements are more frequent than the other materials. 40 oz. Vinyl 40 oz. vinyl is the most durable fabric available. It is easy to clean with a sponge. Animal shelters report outstanding durability with this material. Additional Product Information: Q. How are Kuranda beds chew-proof? Any place the fabric is in a position to be chewed, it is protected by a poly-resin sleeve. There are no corner gaps to bite.
